Then start thinking of plot twists and inner main character turmoil as stairs to the mountain you're climbing (and there better be missteps with pebbles cascading down the cliff - clink, clink, echo, boom). The protagonist has so many levels but never ever forget your antagonist! Reach beyond your comfort zone, try different styles of writing, leave breadcrumbs not clues, and makes us laugh & cry at the same time. Easy, right? Find writing companions.
