When traditional methods (massage, rest, physiotherapy) do not produce the desired results, I turned my attention to an article entitled "https://ways2well.com/blog/combining-peptides-and-stem-cells-how-they-work-together" . It explains that peptides can "push" cells, create a stimulus, and stem cells can realise this potential. This may be less invasive than surgery or long rehabilitation. It was this idea — not just "smoothing over" the problem, but giving the body a chance to renew itself — that made me think.
